The Chhattisgarh government has decided to establish electric funeral houses in Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur, Korba, Bhilai and Risali cities.

The Urban Administration department has been told to set up the electric funeral houses in the six cities.

The department has provided a special permission for floating a seven-day short term tender/expression of interest for setting up the funeral houses.
