An MoU was signed between UNICEF and Amity University Chhattisgarh for establishing a Centre of Knowledge on Children, Women and Tribal Development on Tuesday in a ceremony hosted at Amity University Chhattisgarh (AUC) campus here.
The NSS (National Service Scheme) Unit of AUC will also get a broad region to provide service to the tribal community. Activities by UNICEF and AUC under the MoU would include strengthening knowledge management, building capacities of people and institutions, academic support as Centre of Excellence, technical support in planning and monitoring, youth Empowerment, innovations, and incubation centers and many more.
