Seven districts ofHaryana, including six NCR districts, are yet to show up in terms of registration of meritorious children for the Super 100 programme. The selection process for the programme would be conducted by the Education department.
According to information, till January 31, 29,732 students, studying in medical and non-medical courses, had enrolled for the competitive examinations to be conducted in two phases.
There has been a substantial increase, almost double the number, in enrollment for the programme. However, Panipat, Rohtak, Palwal, Faridabad, Jhajjar, Mahendragarh and Yamunanagar are yet to reach the 1,000 mark as expected by the education department.
