- Ahar: Ahar is an archaeological site located in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh. The site is dated to the Chalcolithic period (3000-1500 BCE). Excavations at Ahar have revealed evidence of a well-developed urban culture, with evidence of houses, streets, and a Drainage System. - Bagh Caves: The Bagh Caves are a group of Buddhist caves located in the Bagh district of Madhya Pradesh. The caves are dated to the 6th-7th centuries CE. The Bagh Caves are known for their beautiful wall paintings, which depict scenes from the life of Buddha.
