Eligibility Criteria for afcat Exam 2024

The Air Force Common Admission test (AFCAT) is an exam conducted by the Indian Air Force (IAF) for the recruitment of officers in the flying, ground duty and technical branches of the IAF. The exam is held twice a year, in February and December.

The eligibility criteria for the AFCAT exam are as follows:

The AFCAT exam consists of two papers: Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is a 100-mark objective test of General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Mathematics and English. Paper II is a 200-mark objective test of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

The AFCAT exam is a very competitive exam and only a small Percentage of candidates are selected for the final interview. The final interview is conducted by a board of officers from the IAF. The interview is designed to assess the candidate’s Personality, motivation, Leadership qualities and suitability for a career in the IAF.

The selection process for the AFCAT exam is very rigorous and only the best candidates are selected for the final interview.
